You should try to expose yourself and your riding to a much broader audience, it will take a little public relations expertise on your part. Without photos, videos, text, web content, or a combination of all four, you can’t let the world in on your skills, and your chances of gaining sponsorship will be limited to a representative of whatever random snowboard company that just happens to be present when you throw down the triple misty. Now, this has been known to happen on occasion, but your odds of “being at the right place at the right time” will be greatly increased if you can generate some buzz about your skills beforehand.

The best way to do this is to utilize readily available video equipment to produce a “Sponsor Me” video – a multimedia creation showcasing various forms of riding talent, editing skills, and/or anything else you can think to include to impress friends, team managers, and industry insiders.
